Development review fees. Effective January 1, 2023, and January 1st of each year thereafter, development review fees shall be adjusted annually pursuant to the methodology set forth in VMC 3.08.100. Each such newly adjusted fee shall be rounded to the nearest whole dollar with $0.50 or more being rounded to the next higher dollar and $0.49 or less to the next lower dollar. Fees based on valuation, per head or device, per lineal foot or square foot and per section shall be excluded from rounding to the nearest whole dollar. (Ord. M-4376 § 9, 2022; Ord.
