A. The Planning Official shall issue a permit for the erection, alteration or relocation of a sign within the City when an application therefore has been properly made and the sign complies with all appropriate laws and regulations of the City and all procedures required by City Ordinance have been complied with and completed.

B. The Planning Official may, in writing, suspend or revoke a permit issued under provisions of this Chapter whenever the permit is issued on the basis of a misstatement of fact or fraud. When a sign permit is denied by the Administrator, he shall give written notice of the denial to the applicant, together with a brief written statement of the reasons for the denial. (Ord.
