There is hereby established a fund designated as the "animal humane fund." All cash portion of the bequest shall be deposited immediately in the fund, and all rentals, royalties, income and proceeds of and from the remainder of the bequest and devise shall be deposited in the fund. Expenditures from the fund shall be made pursuant to appropriation by the city council. All appropriations and expenditures from the fund shall be in accordance with the terms of the bequest and devise. (Ord. C-316 §3, 1950)
