The chief of police shall turn over daily to the police judge and make an accounting therefore all fines, costs and bail money received by him or by members of the police department. The police judge shall, as soon as practicable thereafter deposit with and make an accounting to the city treasurer for all fines, costs and bail money received by him as police judge. (Ord.
