Pursuant to RCW 47.30.050 there is established in the department of finance a fund designated "bikeways fund," and the director of Financial and Management Services shall at least every three months deposit in such fund an amount equal to one-half of one percent of money which has been received by the city from the State of Washington for arterial streets under RCW 46.68.100.
