3.12.420 Drug enforcement fund--Source.

The drug enforcement fund shall consist of moneys received from: 1) The interlocal drug enforcement fund, an interlocal agreement established pursuant to RCW 39.34.080, and approved by council by Resolution No. M-2329; and 2) All moneys seized and moneys resulting from sales of forfeited property under RCW 69.50.505, relating to controlled substances; and 3) All other moneys received which are dedicated for the sole purposes as described in VMC 3.12.430.
