3.12.450 Investigative fund--Source.

The investigative fund shall consist of moneys received from: 1) All moneys seized and all moneys resulting from the sales of forfeited property under RCW 10.105.010; and 2) All other moneys received which are dedicated for the sole purpose as described in VMC 3.12.460.
