Application for a special event permit shall be filed with the responsible official not less than sixty (60) calendar days, nor more than one year, before the date and time when it is proposed to conduct the special event. Upon good cause shown and provided that no risk or burden to the City ensues, the responsible official has discretion to allow a later filing. (Ord. M-3956 §1, 2010)
