5.17.270 Unlawful to conduct special event without permit.

A. It is unlawful to conduct a special event without a special event permit as required pursuant to this chapter.
B. It is unlawful for any person to conduct any special event for which a special event permit has not been issued. (Ord. M-3956 §1, 2010)
