No carnival or amusement activity therein shall operate in any shopping center between eleven p.m. and nine a.m. of the following morning and no carnival of more than twelve units (including each ride, stand or booth as a unit) shall operate in or within two hundred feet of any land which is zoned residential under the city zoning ordinance.
