The word "room" as used in the last sentence of Section 5.26.030 shall mean an area separate from the bar by an adequate barrier or partition. Such barrier or partition need not extend from the floor to the ceiling and need not block the line of sight from one room to another but shall be entirely adequate to separate those persons dancing from those persons using, or in the vicinity of, the bar.
