It shall be the duty of the licensee to see that standards of decency and good taste are maintained, and that disorderly, familiar, or objectionable conduct are not tolerated, and to take effective steps promptly to remove objectionable persons and stop objectionable practice, and to cooperate with the police department in carrying out the provisions of this chapter, and in preserving order and good conduct on the part of the patrons and employees of the licensee.
