Any person violating any of the terms of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the city or county jail for a period of not more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
