Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars or be imprisoned in the city jail for a term not exceeding thirty days.

Should any firm or corporation violate the provision of this chapter, the officers of such corporation shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 919 § 6, 7, 1915)
