Person. The word "person," as used herein, includes any individual, firm, corporation, association and any group acting as a unit.

Race Meet. The term "race meet," as used herein, means and includes any exhibition of thoroughbred or standard-bred horse racing, or both, upon any licensed race horse course, located outside the state of Washington, where the parimutuel system of wagering is used.

Racing News Agency. The term "racing news agency" means and includes any business the principal activities of which are the publication and distribution of information relating to race meets and the buying, selling or distribution to subscribers of such information relating to horse racing events and race meets, as defined herein.
