Every person who owns, conducts, operates, or manages a retail commercial establishment selling aerosol paint containers, paint sticks, broad-tipped markers, or other graffiti implements, should post a sign in clear public view stating:

Graffiti is a crime punishable by imprisonment and/or a fine. Parents or guardians of violators under the age of 18 may be held jointly liable. VMC 8.21. (Ord. M-4084 §6, 2014)
