8.48.080 Chapter not to affect other ordinances.

Nothing in this chapter shall affect city ordinances prohibiting drunken driving nor shall it affect any person arrested for any other crime, such as assault and battery, disorderly conduct, etc. (Ord. M-1458 §9, 1973)
