In all ordinances of the City heretofore enacted, any words purporting to establish the elevation of any benchmark, street, curb, sewer, or other improvements are by this enactment rendered and declared to be null and void and the Director or designee is directed and authorized to redetermine each and any such elevation, as and when necessary, with relation to the City datum level hereby established and to record such findings in the official records; all such records of elevations now existing which have not been determined from the said City datum level are declared to be null and void.
