The residences and business places within the City limits will be numbered as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Main and an imaginary line that is 5,300 feet north of the southern boundary of Township 2 North, Willamette Meridian (the historical location of First Street), and traveling in any direction along the north side and west side of the road, the numbering of the first 25 feet, whether occupied or not, will be numbered 100, the second 25 feet will be numbered 102 and so on; along the east and south side of the road, the first 25 feet will be numbered 101, the second 25 feet will be numbered 103 and so on; said numbering will continue until reaching an intersection with a cross road or an imaginary line established by the grid in Section 11.04.060 at which point the numeric sequencing will begin with 200 and so on.
