The Director is authorized to obtain appraisals from qualified independent appraisers as a part of preparing staff reports for right-of-way vacations. Applicants will pay the cost of such appraisals. For the purposes of this chapter, an appraisal may also be determined from the real property records of the Clark County Department of Assessment. (Ord. M-4026 §5, 2012)
