19.04.050 Notice requirements – Pay stations.
A. The city shall give reasonable notice of the following information to the users of parking pay stations:
1. Parking areas or spaces regulated by a parking pay station; and
2. The parking rates applicable to a parking pay station; and
3. Maximum allowed time for parking in any area or space, regulated by a parking pay station; and
4. Instructions how to operate a parking pay station, including, but not limited to, how properly to demonstrate receipt or proof payment from a parking pay station.
B. The city shall give reasonable notice of the information contained in the preceding subsection by one or more of the following ways:
1. Adjacent signage; or
2. Instructions on the parking pay station itself; or
3. Instructions on the receipt or proof of payment from a parking pay station. (Ord. M-4088 §1, 2014)
