Notwithstanding the provisions of RCW 46.61.570(b)(ii), the city traffic engineer may provide for parking within fifteen feet of any fire hydrant so long as access to any fire hydrant is not blocked by property parked vehicles. (Ord. M-4088 §1, 2014)
