The board of the heritage trust of Clark County is designated as the local review board required by 1985 Washington Laws, Chapter 449, and shall have all powers and responsibilities defined and authorized by or pursuant to 1985 Washington Laws, Chapter 449. Such responsibility shall be in addition to those placed with the board by Ordinance M-2449, codified in Chapter 17.38 of this code. (Ord. M-2612 §1, 1986)
