1. Utility Customer Emergency Assistance Fund. There is created for the city of Vancouver, a Utility Customer Emergency Assistance fund, part of the legal Water, Sewer, Storm Water Utility legal fund, into which may be paid moneys from time to time from any funds which are appropriated or donated to support the utility customer emergency assistance program.

2. Acceptance of donations. The Director of Financial and Management Services is authorized to accept in behalf of the city donations to support the utility customer assistance program established in Section 1 of this ordinance. Such donations shall be deposited in the fund and used solely to fund the customer emergency program costs. (Ord. M-3978 §2, 2011)
