5.18.140 Permittee to comply with building, electrical and fire codes.

The licensee shall comply with all applicable sections of the building, electrical and fire codes and ordinances of the city of Vancouver. Tents shall not be used as places of public assemblage. (Ord. M-1422 §14, 1973)
