The administration and enforcement of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the director of public works and the officers or employees to whom he or she shall delegate such responsibility. The director or his or her designate may make inspections to enforce this chapter and may enforce this chapter pursuant to the terms of this chapter. The director may issue any written rules which are consistent with this chapter and which he or she finds are necessary for good administration. (Ord. M-3207 §3, 1995)
