The traffic engineer may establish funeral zones along the curb in any street adjacent to funeral parlors or churches for the purpose of relieving the congestion of traffic attendant to funeral services. The traffic engineer may also establish the hours of use and other special regulations for such funeral zones, and provide for the posting of notice thereof. In the absence of signs posted pursuant to such resolution, the general provisions of this title shall govern the use of such funeral zones. (Ord. M-3276 §12, 1996: Ord. C-184 §92(A), 1948)
