1. Prices of all items offered for sale must be conspicuously posted where the goods are sold.

2. The permittee or his or her employee or agent shall pick up and keep the location of such cart or stand free from all litter in the area surrounding the stand or cart by at least fifty feet in each direction, and permittee shall provide a suitable container for placement of litter by customers and other persons.

3. The permittee and his or her agents and employees shall obey reasonable orders of any police officer, and shall close business at such stand or cart and/or remove said stand or cart if found necessary by the police to protect public peace and safety.

4. The permittee shall conduct business only at the location or locations specified in its permit and during the hours specified on the permit.

5. No stand or cart shall ever be left unattended, and each such cart or stand shall be removed from its location each night between midnight and six a.m.

6. No permittee or his or her agent or employee shall make loud or unreasonable noise for the purpose of attracting business, nor shall the permittee or agents or employees use any sound amplification in connection with such use. (Ord. M-2480 §8, 1984)
